At Industrial Fabricators, we perform high-quality welding such as soldering, brazing, MIG, TIG, resistance (spot), projection and capacitive discharge welding, all to demanding American Welding Society Standards. We join sheet metal components to form cabinets, enclosures, and brackets, all of which are delivered to our customer's facilities in a timely manner. Our free hand and robotic welding equipment is used by skilled operators to weld aluminized, galvanized, mild, and stainless steels, as well as aluminum and copper for demanding customers in the aerospace, computer, defense, electronics, medical, and transportation industries, to name only a few. In addition, we provide design and packaging services, as well as machining, hardware insertion, and vibratory deburring of your components prior to assembly. We can weld prototypes, as few as 10 pieces, or as many as 100 pieces in low volume or small runs. Typical lead time is four weeks, but rush welding is available when required. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and can easily work from CAD models formatted in AutoCAD (DWG, DWZ), Pro-E or Pro/Engineer (DRW, PRT, XPR), SolidWorks (SLDPRT, SLDDRW, SLDDRT), STEP, and even PDFs.
